Common problems and solutions for chiller condensers:
1. Condenser is dirty and clogged: The fins are covered with dust, oil, catkins, etc., resulting in poor heat dissipation, increased condensation pressure/temperature, and decreased refrigeration efficiency.
Treatment: Clean the condenser regularly (clean scale/biological algae for water-cooled type; clean fins for air-cooled type).

2. Insufficient cooling water flow/too high water temperature (water-cooled type): water pump failure, filter blockage, valve not fully opened, low cooling tower efficiency.
Treatment: Check the operation of the water pump, clean the filter, check the valve opening, and ensure that the cooling tower is working properly (fan, water distributor).

3. Condenser fan failure/insufficient air volume (air-cooled type): The fan motor is damaged, the belt is loose, the fan blades are deformed, the ambient temperature is too high or the ventilation is poor.
Treatment: Check the operating status of the fan, replace damaged parts, and improve the ventilation environment.

4. Condensation pressure is too high: In addition to heat dissipation problems, it may also be too much refrigerant or non-condensable gas (air) mixed into the system.
Treatment: Check the heat dissipation and have professionals check the refrigerant quantity and system vacuum degree if necessary.
